As Dr. Travis and his wife, Sara, approach their 20th wedding anniversary next spring, it's hard to believe they have been working so much they haven't taken a vacation together in eight years! They're finally taking some much deserved time away and will be traveling out of the country October 23–28.

During this time, Kerigan and Tanisha will remain here and stay in communication with Dr. Travis. They will be available to assist with matters that do not require direct veterinary involvement or supervision, including phone consults, medication refill requests, scheduling, and general questions.

For urgent veterinary needs, the following clinics have graciously agreed to see our patients on a walk-in basis:

R Veterinary at the Lake – Linn Creek

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Lake Pet Hospital – Eldon

Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM

Additional emergency veterinary care options are available in Columbia (MU Veterinary Health Center and Horton) and Springfield.

We sincerely appreciate both clinics for helping care for our patients during Dr. Travis's absence.
