Service Schedule (as of June 01, 2026)

We understand the outlying areas often need us most, but due to our current workload, we are not currently establishing new clients outside of our service area listed below:

  • Osage Beach

  • Lake Ozark (Including sections of Rte W)

  • Four Seasons/Porto Cima/Horseshoe Bend

  • Portions of Sunrise Beach (Primarily Rte MM and Rte TT)

  • Portions of Linn Creek (Primarily Rte Y)

We are no longer maintaining a waitlist for the outlying areas.

This schedule serves as a general guideline and may vary based on urgent cases, emergencies, or weather conditions. Due to the high cost of investment in our mobile unit, severe weather — including hail or hazardous travel conditions — may warrant rescheduling or adjustments for the safety of staff, patients, and equipment. We may also decline service to locations based on poor road conditions or inaccessibility due to tree limbs or overhead obstructions (the mobile unit stands at 11’ tall).

General Weekly Service Overview

Monday 7am - 4pm: Osage Beach, Linn Creek, Camdenton (and surrounding)

Tuesday 10am - 6 pm: Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Porto Cima, Four Seasons/Horseshoe Bend, Sunrise Beach (Hwy MM/TT), Fit-In Locations

Wednesday: By pre-arranged appointment or triage/emergency only

Thursday 7am - 4pm: Osage Beach, Linn Creek, Camdenton (and surrounding)

Friday 10am - 6 pm: Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Porto Cima, Four Seasons/Horseshoe Bend, Sunrise Beach (Hwy MM/TT), Fit-In Locations

Weekend Availability

Saturday/Sunday: By pre-arranged appointment or triage/emergency only, with priority given to our established clients. In addition to much needed rest and family time, we may also use these days for outreach clinics and events with our community partners. Be sure to follow us on Facebook to see where we may be.

When booking, please include:

  • Your physical address

  • Type of service needed (exam, vaccine, procedure, etc.)

  • Preferred day or time window. Please note we receive a high number of requests for evening appointments, and these are limited.

We’ll match you with the closest route day to minimize your travel fee and ensure timely, efficient care.
